RE: Take the UCSB IT Community Engagement Survey from People Element
We want to assure that UCSB IT employees maximize their experience and contribution during their time with UCSB. In pursuit of that goal, we're partnering with a third-party, UCSB HR endorsed provider, People Element, to conduct a confidential engagement survey focused on every member of our UCSB IT community. You will receive an invitation from People Element to take the survey beginning August 19, 2019.
We tremendously value your participation as we will use the results to:
- Make UCSB IT an even better place to work
- Identify what drives you to be engaged
- Identify what we do well and what can be improved
- Develop our organization
