Process Tuneups
Are you frustrated with an inefficient process in your department? Do you see opportunities for improvement but aren't sure where to start? A “Process Tuneup” is a great way for those new to Continuous Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma to learn the philosophy through application. Process Tuneups are structured activities involving a cross-functional team that dedicates time to focus on improving a process. They help staff feel engaged and empowered, and many leave these events seeking new opportunities to practice continuous improvement and begin transforming their daily work.
